Alan Lefko is the Finance Executive and overseer of Investor Relations for New Vision Display. His professional experience in financial leadership, mergers and acquisitions spans nearly 3 decades.

Most recently, Mr. Lefko served as the Chief Financial Officer for New Vision Display from 2012-2016. Prior to that, he worked at Solar Power, Inc. for 6 years (2006-2012) as the Vice President of Finance.

Mr. Lefko worked for 6 years at International Display Works, a manufacturer of liquid crystal displays and display modules, and one of the previous owners of NVD’s Shenzhen factory. At IDW, he served as the Vice President of Finance from 2004-2006, and the Corporate Controller from 2000-2004.

Mr. Lefko worked as the Chief Financial Officer at The Original Bungee Company (“Bungee”) from 1999-2000. Bungee was a manufacturer and distributor of stretch cord and webbing products. Mr. Lefko was responsible for the reorganization of Bungee’s financing structure, establishment of an asset-based lending program and implementation of cost accounting systems and controls.

Prior to working at Bungee, Mr. Lefko was the Chief Financial Officer and Controller at Micrologic from 1989-1999. Micrologic was a manufacturer and distributor of Global Positioning Systems and Vikay America, Inc., a subsidiary of Vikay Industrial (Singapore) Limited, based in Chatsworth, California.

Mr. Lefko has a BA degree in Business Administration and Accounting from California State University (Northridge, California).
